Supply of Tractor with Front End Loader
Sealed tenders, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words “SUPPLY OF TRACTOR WITH FROND END LOADER T09-102” will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1435 Water Street, Kelowna, BC up until 3:00 pm, Local Time, December 1, 2009. Tenders will be opened publicly at that time.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to waive defects in any bid or tender documents and to accept any tender or offer which it may consider to be in the best interest of the City. The lowest bid or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
