Official Community Plan
The Regional District of North Okanagan is seeking consultant services to conduct a review of the Electoral Areas “D” and “E “Official Community Plan (OCP). The proposal call is looking for consultants who possess knowledge and familiarity with OCP development and review, sustainability best-practices and evidence of the proponent’s ability and experience working with a small, widely dispersed rural community and conducting extensive public engagement exercises.
Submission Requirements
The proposals shall be submitted with the proposer’s name and address and “Request for Proposal – Electoral Areas D and E Official Community Plan Review” written on the front of the sealed envelope, addressed to;
